Course literature and reading instructions

• Figure 1.8 on page 12: The correct caption of the figure should be: "Signal flow of an 8-point Radix-2 DIT FFT."
• Figure 2.11 on page 77: QT[x] for the two's complement truncation after round is not correct. The figure should be moved half a step up and half a step right.
• Table 5.8 on page 194: It should be Direct and Indirect (not Absolute and Relative)
• Listing 5.3 on page 202: It seems as if the FIR filter for Junior does not increment the circular buffer pointer once before starting the iteration. (Or after each iteration.) That is, the address pointer is only repeated 16 times in the iteration, hence stopping at the same location each time.
• Figure 12.12 on page 424: For INV(A)+INV(B)+"2", the table is wrong. Cin1 should be 1, and Cin2 should be 1.
