Our coffee machine is not working!

You have to call the coffe support. The machine has a label with phone and identification number.

The alarm went on when I opened a door.

Call the campus guards on +46 13 28 4087 for help (all hours). Remember not to use emergency knob unnecessarily.

Lights in my room are not functioning.

Email the errand to support, including your room number.
We or an electrician will mend it.

I want an extra piece of furniture

Go down in the basement storeroom and see if anything there might fit. Otherwise, you need to talk with the purchasing responsible in your Division.

I need to send a Parcel.

Cartons, to package, may be found at someone working in the tus-group. Send all information, including destination, to support and we will arrange a label to the parcel.

We have an occasional guest who needs a Swipe card.

Email support. We need to know the name of the person, who is responsible for the guest, how long the guest will be here, access zone and, if possible, the social security number.

My card no longer works.

Ask your supervisor to re-activate the card by mailing your name, your social security number and the new expire time to support. If you are employed then the antenna is probably broken. Get a new card at Zenit.

My dropdown roll (Venetian blind) can not stay up.

Mail matter to support, including room number, then any and laws of it.

I'll change room, can I get help with the move?

Yes. Notify support when the move is planned and from which room it will happen. For large displacements, we use Facilities Support, so be out in time.

What do we do with scrapped equipment?

Mail inventory number, and where equipment is located, to support. We or Facilities Support arrage with a pickup.
