Mobile Operator Utilization and Coverage Estimator
Mobile-Operator Utilization and Coverage Estimator (short and henceforth:
MOUCE) is a system for evaluating the spectral usage at any specific location:
to investigate which Operator has more busy bands than others and which
operator has the strongest signal. This information can be used by customers to
decide from which operator those they wants to buy his mobile-phone
subscription. The MOUCE is based on C++ and Python language with cooperative
interface from GNU radio software packets.
This system is the one of the CDIO project of communication system, department of electrical engineering, Linkoping University in 2012. This project started August 2012 and finished on December 2012. There are seven members who were in a creator team as following list.

Special
thanks to
Associate
professor Dr.Danyo Danev (Head of the project and examiner) for motivating us
to start on this project, Dr.Anton Blad (Post doctoral student) for helping us
a lot on programming and decoding GSM signal algorithm, Resa Moozavi for giving
us useful advices and all communication system professors and Ph.d students.
